Out of interest, because of your post, I did a quick comparison of TOE vs PEN share prices


Not sure what timeframe you are referring to.. but here's a few timeframes

TOE - $5 down to $0.33 (-93%)
PEN - $0.93 down to $0.105 (-89%)

5 year
TOE - $1.20 down to $0.33 (-73%)
PEN - $0.25 down to $0.105 (-58%)

Sept 2021 high (approx 3 year)
TOE - $2.25 down to $0.33 (-85%)
PEN - $0.33 down to $0.105 (-68%)


1 year
Both around -35%

YTD
TOE -30%
PEN +2.68%

So TOE still worse performing than PEN from what I can see!?

Both have underperformed badly, but PEN has a significantly brighter future going forward (PEN will be producing uranium in less than 6 months, and is fully funded until cash flow positive Q3 2025)

TOE - not sure what lies ahead.. more capital raises is guaranteed. HOPING for change in government? not guaranteed.
