Why would the ASX (or anyone else) look into this. Directors are entitled to sell (or buy) provided it is outside a blackout period. Like any other shareholder directors do not have to provide reasons, however in this case they did since they stated that none of the directors would sell shares they owned until "first production". They sold because they had achieved "first production" and fulfilled their commitment.
