Unless you gwt actual legal advice and go through that avenue for more formal contact to these people, depending in how much you have invested here it may not be worth it, but youd definitely need to change the language and terms you are using to communicate. IMHO.

Otherwise I think these people see you as a very toothless and annoying little shareholder who is just bothering them with baseless emails and massive accusations of illegal activity. It appears they arent in any way obliged to reply to you. I am not sure what you can do.
