the problem lies with Govt inability to adequately regulate and police such rip offs and rorts. its human nature to take advantage of weakly managed programs; its not right but it is human nature. the LibNats should have prevented such outrageous problems but just like their other programs they didn't see the need to regulate or even monitor invoicing by service providers. they didn't even ensure all providers were registered with the NDIS.
the door to rorting was blatantly left wide open.
