The US is simply saying build your cars here and sell them here.
It's not saying build your cars elsewhere and sell them here.
No one can argue that position unless you have no issue in selling out your country and your people.
Don't worry, the Chinese are greedy just like westerners. They will play the game because the game still delivers.
