I like this part. There had been no mention previously ( to my knowledge ) of an on going service component to BLG revenue arsenal. Despite no ability to be able to determine the future size of this service revenue, what is clear is that it is set to grow and this $1.93m one-off payment comes in very handy.
BluGlass’ foundry services business is a supporting activity. The Company’s core business is to supply GaN lasers direct to customers. This foundry contract and wafer IP is unrelated to BluGlass’ laser development.
