Off Topic: Interesting consolidation news last Friday with Nano Dimensions doing an all cash deal to buy Desk Top Metals.
The buyout price could be lower than the offer due to some stipulation agreements.
The industry called for consolidation so as to save so many companies from going under. The second half od 2024 may heat up with these announcements.
I make no inference with this post to TTT. Not saying I wouldn’t like to see it but given the share structure, it would have to be someone with deep pockets.
