Yes but generally, lifestyle companies mgmt don't invest millions of their own funds into the company..they usually have very small holdings and get heaps free opts performance shares etc get paid really well Vs operations and end up doing the boost when they can't raise anymore funds ..
.the most hurt from this latest raise will be the two key guys in mgmt having to pump in Million more in funds or write off debt to the company for shares .. IMHO these guys are either very bullish on the long term outcome in time or Fn idiots ... why throw more personal funds into the project if they know it's going nowhere
