I'll tell you what i think the fact it happened once suggests. Someone at the NDIS allowed payment for a sex service. Someone else higher up found out about the payment being allowed and made a ruling that it was out of order and the practice was an unacceptable use of taxpayers money. Subsequent applications for sex workers to be paid as part of the NDIS were rejected. So the waste of money occurred once and was in the hundreds of dollars. If that is the scale and severity of problems at the NDIS then it's in very good shape. I strongly suspect that it isn't.
