If they are serious about reducing costs, returning cashflow to shareholders, and no new ventures,
then they may/should consider delisting to save substantial costs (modest fees, but significant staff costs for compliance/reporting).
Will they? No idea, but they can easily get the required votes to delist.
The company was sold, unfortunately the wheels fell off when GC21 managed to under deliver once again (DTR-10 sands production didn't live up to expectations).
As Ron said, GC21 now has negative value which limits their options to realise value.
