why would SOL's $27 offer be a floor price for valuation? back then the market thought that PPT's corporate trust + wealth mgt divisoins were worth $1.5b.....PPT have since secured a binding offer of $2.1b in CASH for it......also SOL's offer was in shares....not in cash?
