I did some checking on RPRX and for what it's worth, read all the leading people's qualifications and there is a good mix of experience in the financial, medical and accounting sectors on the team, but I suspect they all remain active in their various specialities, in order to keep their fingers on the pulse of latest developments.
Then I checked their address on Google-maps (110 E 59th Street FL 33 New York, NY 10022) and found it is the address of a book store, yes, just off one of the main streets of New York, but? What gives? and a s.p. of US$25.68 seems cheap?
Last time I checked on a company which IMO needed to be checked, they turned out to be newly-baked entrepreneurs all from the hospitality sector and they were then transforming a mining explorer into a 'tech' company listed on the NASDAQ - I still doubt their 'expertise' - but, I guess, if it doesn't sink, it floats!
