Actually recievers will close a business down, especially once appointed whilst they run the books.
As I said it all comes down to the banks, if the vote fails will they extend beyond the 15th for the 130mil for a start and if they dont do they see value in continuing to run a non profitable business, Dunsandel may seem profitable but have the terms become such that it is marginal.
The banks have all the say.
