I'm not sure you know how this process works but hardly surprising since you also claimed in Post #:74472436 that Bright would be able to vote on their own loan facility to Synlait to help achieve the 50% requirement before many of us pointed out that it wasn't the case ?
Regardless, I can't see Bright or A2M letting the banks control anything if the loan fails the 50% requirement so they are likely to come up with a plan between the 12th July and the end of July IMO otherwise they put all their holdings, Synlait's assets etc in the Receivers' control .... GLTAH
