i did say they shouldn’t say things that are material to the valuation of the company that are false
if they say something it needs to be backed up with facts data results etc etc
the fact that they retracted an entire announcement
without a replacement announcement with corrections
tells us what ?
if the insiders know something great then share it
im seeing major red flags
ASIC has been a toothless tiger but that is changing
time to get the house in order ……IMO
