No arguing that, and there's definitely nothing wrong with collecting a steady stream of divvies growing at slightly more than inflation. But when that time comes, the huge returns that we've seen over the past few years will be squarely in the rear view mirror.
I personally believe that there are still a few years of really massive returns ahead of us, but those years are numbered.
