I haven't sacrificed anything. The sacrifice is what Kyiv has chosen for Ukrainians. Border patrol going strong to prevent too many runaways. Personally I think it's been terrible decision-making (in refusing to negotiate). Must be hard to come to terms with, but I think the longer time passes, the more normal people will realise they've been duped.
