Facts. There options have been in the money for some time. In fact, they were already in the money when granted. there was no performance hurdle for these as already in the money. He didn’t exercise them in the years we carried the loans on the books. So now he gets a free ride on the merry go around again. No real expiry. No performance hurdle. And he still won’t put his hand in his pocket.
