From what was said in the podcast, M & A targets valued above C$1.3 billion are the critical mineral companies the G of C are trying to stop from being taken over (by non Canadian companies).
I am thinking multinational companies that wish to become a force in Canada, would have to get in early, (before that threshold is reached).
Therefore, a producing company that has potential, (like SYA), would be a prime target.
Otherwise, if they were to wait a year, it might be too late.
