Sayona doesn't own 100% of most of its projects anyway.
NAL is effectively 50/50 at the moment
Moblan is 60/40
Piedmont owns 25 of Tansim and Autheir
WA is split in a JV with Morella
The rest is too far away from development to even consider.
A merger is a long shot but it's not like they would go from owning 100% of everything to half of everything. It wouldn't change things too much
