So what is new here? That there is likely to be competition in MEMS speaker technologies? I presume you are aware of the several other MEMS speaker makers that are already out there with commercial products. Maybe you would like to explain the operating principles for either of these patents/devices and give some idea of their application scope and capabilities. So yes, please do go on ......... NB: most MEMS systems to date are only really suitable for in or near ear systems.

However I do acknowledge your very determined confidence (and obvious delight) in hoping that AKP will never get anywhere with its patented technology. You are overplaying your hand a little I think.

Of course, if I am wrong then I will be quite distressed, and quite surprised too. Because I, at least, have a lot to lose. Hence my sentiment/disclosure of Hold / Held.
