New PEP11 FOI disclosure, page-75

What might this be? They received on 17th October 2023:

1. A JA Covering letter - presumably this is to be used to send out to Asset?
2. SEV Advice - this is the First application 2020 (that was an SEV)................

4. SEV DRAFT PF DEC LTR - this is the draft letter to be sent out to Asset of their decision? WHY for 2020 application only? (due to the ref of SEV in the doc title)
5. SEV DEC LTR - this is NOT a draft letter. Again only for 2020 application? (due to SEV)

I suspect the DRAFT letter (no 4 above) is for 2021 application and the doc has been mistitled???
As for the last letter (no 5 above) which is NOT DRAFT... this might be the letter for 2020 application which is no longer relevant and it is superseded by the 2021 application.
