Is that because the defense department has yet to provide a collaborated communications network for the entire systems and have those in place?
Why have they been asked to provide the sensitive document sharing platform for the consultation period?
Does it make sense to highly secure the consultation but not the underlying workflow?
If considered experts what would their opinion be to what technology to use?
