Here's an interesting thought. One of the ASXs hottest AI stocks, Megaport, is currently trading at 207 x p/e ratio. That's not a mistype.
FBRs NPAT should be around $153 million AFTER CRH tales their 49% jv cut, with 300 Hadrian Xs working at around 70% capacity utilisation if I remember correctly. Could be wrong.
As a robotics and soon AI company, no way they won't be integrating AI for construction use cases, the potential P/E ratio at, let's say 100x, for sh!T's and giggles of what is happening in the real world, equals to a market cap and share price that would be over $3 per share, and that IS ONLY for the USA joint venture of 300 hadrian xs. FBR will be signing deals in other countries in parallel with the progress to 300 hxs in the USA. They'll probably triple the number of hadrian xs operating around the world. So let's say 1000 hadrian xs in the next 5-10 years, and far better economics in any JVs than the current one with CRH, I can't see this stock price under $10 within 5 years.
and with that thought, my obligatory I.am not a financial advisor and do your own research. Don't take this as advice. It's a thought experiment.
