I have been in BCN for 12 years. I have always thought the directors had considerable integrity , but it seems Mr Market does not believe in the growth prospects of the company at the moment. Hence the onus is on the directors to prove they do have shareholders interests at heart. Yes of course they want a good result for themselves , but surely they want to maintain standing and respectability in the mining and investment fraternity. If they have been devious or complicit in anything underhand they will get their comeuppance sooner or later.
I will probably vote yes simply because Ida could have tons of gold in all the undrilled areas, and it is really close to the mill.
