    i personally think one of the majority holders have done a deal with the SL govt

    let them buy SRX cheap and they will split the difference in real value 50:50 with the SL govt


    say MC = 66M

    true value 100m

    difference 34m - split 50% to SL govt.

    therefore - i dont think there will be a higher bidder
