If I was a co-founder of an ASX listed company and pioneer in my field I wonder when I would consider retirement. Probably once I've met all my goals if I'm honest and young enough to enjoy the remaining time. Which would probably include having the company at a position where the succession planning is done and new talent is at a point to continue and product is at a point where its ready for market and contracts are in the pipeline.
Only then could I truly step away from the day to day activities and know my bucket load of shares are in good hands to allow me to live out a wealthy retirement.
Congrats Anil. Unfortunately like most great pioneers and artists, yours and Peters work may not truly be appreciated completely by the current generation. Future ones 100%.
