It worked because Japan did not have Nukes to retaliate in kind.....EXACTLY !
Arguably lives were saved by the shortning of the war .....I have mixed feelings about the first use ....as it did shorten the war , but was a terrible precedent .....but find no excuse for the second being used so quickly by the US .
But now many countries have nukes ---including allies of Ukraine .
But YOU count tactical nukes as a weapon for russia ..... a reason why , in YOUR opinion , Ukraine MUST give in to russ demands . You and putin bth are using nuclear blackmail as a weapon ......pushing that envelope ......escdalating thius war .
You and putin both are in NO way interested in peace ....unless it's apeace that involves russ victory .
If you WERE interested inpeace you would never have attempted your several ridiculous theories ontrary to observed fact in attempts to jutify putins aggression and conquest .
