No one is buying at $2.70 if you look at the Course Of Sales history... maybe the odd bot Buy of 1 share..
All the sales at going through at $2.69 and $2.695 ... if you buy 5 million shares at $2.69, you make 1 cent guaranteed in a couple of weeks
