I don't think it is part of the buyback.
If they buy back then they have to announce each day how much they bought back the previous day.
they are currently not buying back at this SP. however, they might buy back some of the 100 million shares at a higher price later on. whether they will, we don't know for sure.
most of the current buyback orders are currently sitting at 0.008
