The Partner is being represented by Martin Bennett (incidentally we have used Mr Bennett before - and this should be a reasonable fight, one of the best lawyers in town). It's stated in the West article (paywalled) that CC has breached a strict confidentiality agreement provisions.


My guess this will fall back to the Frankfurt expertise for now. The above fight would be for the $4M Aussie peso's + more.
