World focus seems to be solely on EV's and home batteries as the golden goose for lithium suppliers like LTR. But the US Defence Dept progress and interest in developing UUV's has me thinking that there could easily be lots more new applications and demand for lithium battery storage coming along from a defence viewpoint very soon. Media coverage of the recent success of unmanned drones in Ukraine, and the current Chinese naval expansion & standoff in the disputed China Sea area might give some clue as to the possible reason for this interest in UUV technology? Fascinating stuff, and so cheap and safe compared to huge, manned vessels.
