Was going to draft a reply almost word for word what you said.
The only thing I'll add is my own expectation of the funding for the $253m Capex - ~$100m debt funded (Brazil Development Bank) + ~up to $100m cash prepayment and the remainder in equity raise.
Of course there are significant risks in the current market regarding the ability for development companies to attract funding (you would have to have your head in the sand to not fully appreciate the risk this presents to a company like LRS).
