Is it truck capex costs, other infrastructure costs, what and the breakup is not broad enough. It is all very well to say only six percent of the resourse or whatever is included in the study but going over the other parts of the resource will require more capex, if they get there, depending on the nature of the capex being spent in the process so the detail of what makes up the capex is very relevant to myself view this prospects credentials, in fact being 403US million it is critical and more involved than a simple wash clearly

It does sound like a lot for CAPEX but it does include a hefty contingency.
A reality check ~ back in 1987 I managed a $16M gold mine build, that was for 500kpa.
As a general rule of thumb inflation doubles prices every 10 years, so that would be about $300M in today's money.
IMO $400M for a 5Mtpa processing plant is not unrealistic
