AC drilling Niobium targets would likely be an outlay of 0.5M possibly up to 1M depending on how many targets. But when assessing the RvR it’s a no brainer in my opinion when looking at the other examples mentioned on this thread. The potential rewards are far too great not to move this forward.
Whats the alternative PA? Not interested in the same old same mediocrity any longer.
