why do you think, given our amazing technology, we are only at 2c?
whilst our competition who are at at the same stage of development have market caps 10 to 100x higher than us, despite our technology being better?
we're at 2c due to years of bad management. The market knows this. The market is waiting for that elusive commercial deal to be announced on the ASX before tipping their toes back in. So many have been burnt by this company.
after falling over at the finish line with several hundred companies, it's no longer bad luck.
Look at what David has delivered over the past almost two years:
a terrible website. a website so bad it'd get a D if a high schooler submitted it as an assessment. it's a shocker. a CMO that doesn't appear to do anything 2 terrible capital raises all the existing collaborators/partners that he took over, all gone non dilutive funding? 1.4m from the QLD government pays for just over a month of expenses. Where are all the other grants? not one development agreement! Just his word these companies are saying our tech has no equal.
It's looking bad and David has to pull a rabbit out of the hat before the AGM.
Shareholders felt like they had to award the performance options last AGM. They won't be so generous this time around
