I can't see the Board recommending a low ball takeover whilst they keep publishing share price valuations on their LinkedIn page.
I don't think a lot of long termers would sell into a low ball take over either. But it would be interesting to see how tightly held our share registar would be.Also if Shenghe were prepared to pay $1.00 for 20 percent of the company I would have thought they'd be at least putting a takeover premium on that. Shenghe would be very experienced on Rare Earth price fluctuations and were still happy to pay $1.00 etc.
I've been buying some more lately but please do your own research etc.
