HHR needs to go full guns blazing at forming parallel partnership on new licenses with or without RR?Aviro. Good analogy with the sharks. For now they are lambs waiting for the slaughterhouse.
Better to break out of the pen. I have a feeling Aviro would need to make a move if this happened. HHR should stick to the area as they have accumulated knowledge there. Perhaps swap Phase 1 remains as part of a deal. Doing nothing is losing.
