Amazing that you think Putin abducting, in many cases simply stealing children away from their parents, abusing them, and now deliberately targeting and killing them is Putin being the "good guy" and looking after children. That is a completely warped sense of right and wrong you have.
There is nothing "humanitarian" about abducting, abusing and deliberately murdering children. Putin is a wanted war criminal for doing these things, he's is not the good guy to admired like you admire him, he is a monster to be reviled.
I don't know where your morals and ethics went so wrong in your life that something like this needs to be spelled out to you. I don't understand why you insist on preaching his defence and "lol"-ing about the children he just murdered. I never will.
