Reading through the above swag of posts clearly says to me that this is line ball, finely balanced and could go either way.
Good points from both sides and (unusually) a minimum of sarcasm and back biting.
I'll stick with the optimism of an improvement from here, rather than the pessimism of almost total failure. At least on the optimistic side the summit of the mountain could be stratospheric, whereas the depth of the valley has not got much further to go.
