$3.30 and $3.20 were both fully underwritten by the broker who touted $5. Nobody forced anyone to buy in the raise. The prevailing sentiment at the time of the raise determined the raise price. Nothing unethical about this. This $5 stock ultimately - if not this Xmas, it's next Xmas or the next next Xmas. LOL.
