So you're complaining because instead of just getting their salary as is, then buying on market at 8c they have produced exactly the same outcome, but at 8.9c.
Exactly what performance do you think they claim to have executed to allow them to salary sacrifice for shares? I think you have just been triggered by the reading of a single word and failed to allow your mind to fully grasp what has actually transpired. In this recent post you seem to be blurring the line between you being angry at this event, and just being generally angry at the share price.
