If you were betting on the valuation come developer, into that cycle, then payday is ahead of us at a multiple premium to todays seller priced exit. So if you were planning on holding that next LTR into develop or takeover, then it is paper noise what paper value today is. Painful to look at in one sense, but the market is fluid.
