So you want to vote out a member of the board that has put his own hard earnt on the line via purchasing of shares..perhaps this member wanted to get on board to protect his interest in the company.
Kos being held back from doing what he wants to do, what a crock that is. It's all about timelines, he hasn't delivered. This company reminds me of CVI, they were waiting for money that never came..perhaps Kos should look at employing Smyth as a director, same qualities imho.
