Luni is a monster - worth multi billions - I have posted estimates on ENR - and yes SHALLOW is a huge point of difference.

And Luni might flow over into ENR ground, or ENR might find other carbonites, or so might WA1 when the great majority of its prospective ground is granted and explored.

I have no doubt at all that West Arunta will be a major supplier of niobium - especially if there is a Nb take up in Li batteries.
