My guess is that they do know how it works because it's GLE that employs all of the staff that are building the equipment and fitting it all together for the TRL/6 test loop. They will also be the staff manufacturing and maintaining the equipment for the Paducah project. I guess its possible that Silex has seconded some of their staff to GLE to deal with the classifed aspects of our technology but I don't see how you can build and maintain equipment without knowing how it works.
