ok I think i misunderstood that $10m funding for exploration, it include other costs too
$3m in first 12 mths + $1m per year in next 3 years (after 1st year), so that is $3m + 3 x $1m = $6m
then RTX had reimburse CHR the exploration cost $0.5m + $1.2m invest in CN, that is $1.7m
$0.5m payable at end of first 12 month and $0.5m payable in the event of significant drill results, that is $1m
so all the above total is $8.7m so where is the other $1.3m?
