Hi all, by memory was there not a part of the manufacturing agreements that had x amount of sales within 120 days eg. enclosed? Is there a loophole to this that I have missed? Or have there been penalties applied to the manufacturers that have not been announced? I remember the manufacturer in Africa certainly had some such terms. Thanks in advanced.
