To be honest I wouldn't blame anyone for selling now. This litigation could be resolved tomorrow or in 24 months time. (arn't they still litigating to get access to books?)And when it is finally resolved you can then expect a capital raising considering the cash they have burnt not on developing 4mile. And even if the favorable outcome is achieved where the jv agreement is restored, you can expect many future years of a dysfunctional partnership as demonstrated to date.
12 months ago I thought it was a great deposit, with a great commodity, with a great partner, with development fully funded and cash-flow in 18 months. Now I'm just happy to have my loss minimized.
Will continue to monitor as it still remains to be a great deposit with a great commodity. Unfortunately you need more to have a profitable mine
