My only concern is the reference to “discuss valuable insights about implementing necessary change” which is suggestive that perhaps the VA are yet to come to the table and acknowledge the benefit of utilising the XV products hence the delay in the reseller agreement. I also note there has been no update on the report to congress mentioned in March for which there was a direction that the report be finalised within 90 days.
On balance it all looks highly likely it will come together. I just keeping coming back to the fact AF was so confident in the May podcast and yet he still hasn’t addressed the elephant in the room in more recent announcements to market or interviews.
